As the company had been through a series of changes over time, its identity had become inconsistently applied and most confusingly, inconsistenly expressed with customers variably knowing the business as Hawley Russell, Hawley Russell Baker, Hawley Russells or HRB.
We were commissioned to define a clear way forward and to create a new identity worthy of their status as the largest UK business in the sector.
Our solution
The solution was a Brytsparc™ workshop undertaken as an intensive session over one day with key personnel.
Through this activity, a number of initiatives were identified to assist the business to accelerate its growth whilst we gained a real understanding of the business, its goals and aspirations. Our analysis of the session provided a solid foundation for our design brief and provided a platform for their future marketing activity.
The results
An identity totally appropriate for a long established business with a significant reputation. Our considered approach combined traditional values with modernity whilst the strap line provided a powereful focus for its sales activity.
